Training programs are taking aim at giving people the skills employers need now. Today, there’s more use of data to assess the impact of training, the goal of the 2022 Child Development Associate® (CDA) Credential™ Survey from the Council for Professional Recognition. The responses received demonstrate that earning a CDA® leads early childhood educators to provide high-quality learning and reach new heights in their careers.
